The patch

Your design is laser engraved into a leatherette patch, so it won’t peel, crack or fade like a print. Pick the patch color you like: each one engraves to its own contrast, like black to gold or brown to black. Every patch is engraved one at a time, so small differences in the leatherette make each hat one of a kind.

How custom orders work

We look over every file before it’s engraved and may adjust it so it engraves cleanly. If anything needs to change, we email you a proof to approve first. Because each hat is made just for you, custom orders can’t be returned.

Care

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Don’t put it in the washer or dryer; soaking and high heat can loosen the patch.
