Thank you for shopping with SK Laser Creations. Every item is engraved to order in our Cedar Rapids, Iowa shop. This policy explains where and how we ship.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Because every item is made to order, processing time starts when your order is placed:
- Most orders ship within a few business days.
- Larger, bulk or business orders can take 1–2 weeks or more, depending on quantity and design. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you order or request a quote.
During busy seasons, especially the holidays, processing can take a little longer. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can make it.
Shipping methods and rates
We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are carrier estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, SK Laser Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. We’re always happy to help you track it down.
