4.1 Orders – By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, errors, or suspected fraud.
4.2 Payments – All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your credit card information.
4.3 Design Approval – For personalized items, you’re responsible for checking the spelling, wording and layout you provide or approve, whether in our online designer, in a proof, or by email. We engrave what you approve, so errors in an approved design aren’t eligible for a refund or free replacement.
4.4 Proofs – If you request a proof, production starts after you approve it. Time spent waiting for approval or changes moves the ship or pickup date.
4.5 Your Artwork – By uploading or sending a logo, image or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive or unlawful.
4.6 Appearance – Engraving is a physical process. Color, contrast and depth vary with the material, finish and color of the item, so the finished piece may look different from the on-screen preview. Natural materials such as wood and slate vary from piece to piece.
4.7 Items You Supply – Customer supplied items are engraved at the owner’s risk. Materials and coatings can react differently to the laser. We test our settings on a spare piece or a hidden spot whenever possible, but we aren’t responsible for damage, discoloration or results that differ from what was expected on items you supply.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Locations – We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
5.2 Shipping Carriers – We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS to deliver all orders.
5.3 Delivery Time – Delivery times vary based on carrier, destination, and order type. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refunds – Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded or canceled once placed. For details, please see our Refund Policy. If you placed an order in error, contact us immediately at sales@sklasercreations.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

We take your privacy and data security seriously. We implement physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. However, no online transmission is 100% secure. By using the Website, you acknowledge that data transmission is at your own risk.

8.1 Good-Faith Resolution – In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
8.2 Mediation and Arbitration – If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to mediation. If still unresolved, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
