At SK Laser Creations, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and top-notch customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return standard (non-customized) items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-engraved items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake with the customization. Please double-check all details before submitting your order. If we do make an error, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a standard item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 business days of receiving it so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process. In rare cases, it may take a little longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, based on the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
