Yes. Check "Email me a proof first" on the product page and we'll email you a picture of your design to approve before we engrave it. It adds about one business day.

Absolutely. Upload your logo on the product page, or send it with a quote request. A high-resolution PNG or a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) works best. If your file needs a little cleanup, we'll reach out before we engrave.

Yes — hats, tumblers, koozies, key chains and more for companies, teams and events. Request a quote and we'll get back to you with pricing and a timeline.

Often, yes. Tell us your idea and we'll let you know what we can do.

Most orders ship within a few business days. Larger, bulk or business orders can take 1–2 weeks or more — we'll give you an estimate up front. For Christmas, order by December 10.

Hand wash only with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Please don't put it in the dishwasher — the heat and detergent can wear down the finish and the engraving over time.

No. Laser engraving permanently etches your design into the material. It isn't a sticker, vinyl or print, so it won't peel or wash off.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry. Please don't put it in the washer or dryer.
