Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Custom Engraved Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom engraved items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before finalizing your order. If there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
When ordering a custom laser-engraved item, it’s crucial to ensure the accuracy and correctness of all provided information. We’ll engrave your item exactly as specified in your order. We’re unable to accept responsibility for any errors or misspellings present in the original order.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
All Returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. The percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
